I started with examining the existing platform and researching this field, I understood the pain points and set challenges and goals for the redesign.

The challenges:

  Regaining user’s trust in the buying and selling

  There is a lot of information that needs to work   
    well, on the mobile version as well.

  The user verification Process takes too long, and
    its inefficiency leads to user frustration.

To establish user confidence and reliability, crucial information remains consistently accessible. Additionally, while a verification process is in place, it remains transparent to the user regarding the necessary steps.
