I started with examining the existing platform and researching this field, I understood the pain points and set challenges and goals for the redesign.
The challenges:
• Regaining user’s trust in the buying and selling process.
• There is a lot of information that needs to organized well, on mobile as well.
• User verification Process takes too long, and its inefficiency leads to user frustration.
Solutions:
To establish user confidence and reliability, crucial information remains consistently accessible. Additionally, while a verification process is in place, it remains transparent to the user regarding the necessary steps.
